A Visit by Prof. Jing Zhu

Prof. Jing Zhu from Nanjing Agricultural University (People’s Republic of China) paid a visit to Lithuanian Institute of Agrarian Economics (LAEI). Attending the meeting were the Director of LAEI Dr Rasa Melnikienė, Principal Researcher Dr Irena Kriščiukaitienė, and Senior Researcher Dr Tomas Baležentis.

The scientists at LAEI have been collaborating with the aforementioned university in carrying scientific research on agricultural productivity, preparing mutual publications, and conducting scientific exchange. During the meeting, the shifts in the European Union and China’s agricultural policy were discussed along with their implications on the directions of scientific research.
