The XXth European Rural Development Network Conference (ERDN) is scheduled to take place in Vilnius, Lithuania, from September 11th to 13th, 2024. This annual event, organized in cooperation with the Lithuanian Center of Social Sciences, Institute of Economics and Rural Development (EKVI), the European Rural Development Network (ERDN), and the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences, will bring together around 100 distinguished scholars and practitioners specializing in the fields of agriculture, rural development, and bioeconomy sciences across Europe.
This year’s conference, themed „Green Transformation in European Rural Areas“, aims to present current research and facilitate discussions about the future development of green transformation in rural areas in Europe. Additionally, it seeks to develop recommendations for the creation of effective policies for rural development and agriculture.
